That’s it, the year 2021 is over. When we look at what has happened in the last 12 months for Clim8… Wow! What an incredible journey we’ve been on, despite a year marred by the health crisis and the challenges it brings.
Everything we’ve done in 2021, we’ve done first for our users. We have also done it for our partners, our providers, our employees and all those with whom we have collaborated, with the common goal of complete satisfaction for our users.
Of course, everything is not perfect and we still have a long way to go, projects to set up, things to consolidate. We firmly believe in our project, our products and the undeniable comfort gain brought by our technologies. This is why we redouble our efforts every day to bring you the best, quite simply.
Find below a glimpse of a great year 2021 and the promise of an even crazier year 2022!
A growing team… and new premises!
In 2021, the Clim8® team has grown significantly. Today, 20 employees in 6 countries contribute 100% to the Clim8® project. And that’s not all! We will be recruiting more people this year, both in France and abroad.
In 2021, we have notably welcomed to our teams:

- Arnauld, Digital Marketing Manager
As a result, Clim8 moved to Limonest, France, near Lyon. 200m² premises including 100m² of lab with a climate chamber and numerous testing machines (bending, crumple / flex, turbine…), to push the limits of thermal resistance and durability even further and thus guarantee an optimal manufacturing quality.
From data scientists, developers, and e-textile engineers to prototypists, test engineers, and thermal comfort specialists, our lab houses a team with a variety of profiles that put their knowledge and skills at the service of the thermal comfort of outdoor and extreme conditions enthusiasts.
New brands, new products
We work closely with premium brands in their market to provide you with the best connected, heating, intelligent and 100% autonomous products, from activation to real-time regulation. Our goal: your performance.
We have new partnerships in the works to extend our know-how to new sectors and product categories. Of course, all this takes time: legal conclusion of the partnership, integration of our technologies, numerous tests in laboratory and real conditions, logistics, communication, etc. And that’s not all. By 2022, in a permanent concern for sustainability and corporate responsibility, 100% of our new textile products will be produced in Europe!

A video is worth 1,000 words
At Clim8, we believe in the value of video to promote, explain or help our consumers. In 2021, we shot a video in La Clusaz, France with the agency Peignée Verticale to showcase our expertise.
Clim8 uses its scientific expertise to maximize product durability and heat gain when subjected to extreme temperatures. In a new video to be released in early 2022, we invite you into the climate chamber of our laboratory. We conduct numerous thermal (down to -20°C!) and durability tests to ensure that our products are always more efficient and durable over time.
In 2022, we will continue to shoot many explanatory videos for our new online support site. You can easily find them on our Youtube channel.
Your satisfaction is our top priority
Your satisfaction is our priority and your feedback is essential to our development. That’s why we have chosen to move our FAQ and video tutorials to a dedicated website. It allows you to search for information instantly, create a ticket easily, ask your questions and suggest new features.
In 2022, we will update this knowledge base in 6 languages to provide you with a concrete, up-to-date and fast answer. A chat will also be deployed within the year to answer your questions in real time.
As you may have noticed, we have also updated our website for better readability and optimal display on all media. The site and the videos have been lightened and technically optimized. The result: a faster loading and a pleasant experience to discover our know-how, our services and all our products!
For the past 5 years at Clim8, we’ve had a clear goal to make smart thermal clothing more affordable, more responsible and more efficient. In 2022, you’ll be able to dress head to toe with Clim8 technologies, and manage all your products in a single mobile app.
We will redouble our efforts again this year to ensure your peace of mind and comfort in your sports and business activities.
