About Clim8
Founded in France in 2016, Clim8 develops Clim8® intelligent garment heating technology, ensuring users stay comfortable and focused on their activity for longer. Integrated into clothing from premium partner brands (Carhartt, Odlo, etc.), the technology embeds algorithms that analyze temperature, activity and the user’s profile in real time for fully personalized heating, activated only when needed.
In 2023, Clim8 was chosen to participate in the ARMETISS combat clothing innovation program, on the cooling side. This innovative initiative, funded by the European Union, aims to revolutionize soldiers’ clothing by exploiting innovative textile technologies.

All products are developed by a team of e-textile and thermophysiology experts in the Clim8® Lab, where durability and performance are tested under extreme conditions.
Your mission at Clim8
We are looking for a Branding/Marketing Manager (M/F), who will aim to increase Clim8 brand awareness in the world of intelligent, heating and soon cooling clothing.
The ideal profile is both visionary and pragmatic, capable of defining a clear and ambitious strategy, while ensuring its operational implementation with rigor and efficiency.
The main tasks of the job :
GLOBAL
- Define and implement global marketing strategy (B2B / B2C), aligned with corporate strategy.
- Manage the marketing budget and resources (internal and external).
- Use your imagination and participate in Clim8’s growth strategy.
BRANDING
- Define and implement Clim8 branding strategy with board of directors: brand platform, Clim8 offer, storytelling, brand guidelines.
- Define and implement the co-branding strategy with Clim8’s partner brands (Carhartt, Odlo…), in collaboration with the sales teams.
- Create launch campaigns for new technologies and upcoming offers (graphic and editorial content, etc.).
MARKETING
- Manage co-marketing with Clim8 partner brands: trade marketing (packaging, POP/POS, brand reminders) and go-to-market (advertising, e-mailing, social media, press relations).
- Training B2B/B2C sales staff in Clim8® technologies.
- Manage Clim8’s presence at international trade shows (one to two per year).
DIGITAL
- Community management: communication plan, content creation.
- Occasional webmastering of Clim8 websites (SEO, referencing, articles).
- Actively participate in Clim8® app updates with the Digital team, improve UX/UI.
Your profile
- 3-4 years’ experience in a similar position
- Experience in brand management / branding
- Ability to convince and negotiate, in an international context (mainly Europe & USA)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and French). English essential
- Management of external service providers, both French and international
- Good knowledge of Adobe graphics software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Figma)
- Team spirit, strategic and creative
- Experience working for or with an ingredient brand would be a plus
- Proficiency in WordPress and video editing would be a plus
